At Eau De Parfum, we want you to be completely enamored with your signature scent. If a fragrance isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns on all unopened bottles within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our concierge team with your order number to request a return authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened fragrance in its original designer packaging and secure it within a sturdy shipping box to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the seal, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
